| Who we are and what we do
The Department of Analytical Chemistry was started in the academic year 2010-11. Our Department aims at imbibing students with theoretical and practical expertise in Analytical Chemistry, as well as inculcating them with a sense of responsibility for the work they do.
Some key statistics for the Department of Analytical Chemistry:
The Department understands that discipline and experience are as irrevocably essential to the success of the analytical chemist as a strong knowledge best. Here’s a bit of what we do make this happen:
Students are required to undertake projects with approved corporations or institutes during their final year as part of course-work.
The English Language Laboratory is well-equipped with 54 systems, software such as Sky Pronunciation and Tense-Busters, as well as a projector.
03In-House Project Training
In-house projects are taken up by the students under the aegis of our illustrious faculty.
Our three state-of-the-art laboratories – specialized for Organic, Inorganic and Physical Chemistry respectively – remain the heart of our Department, for our students and for our faculty. Drop by for a visit.
